No problems with normal wear, but hand creams and other oily substances are easily attracted and will cause a loss of brilliance. Take care to keep clean when wearing. Keep rings separate. Surfaces may be scratched when two diamonds rub against each other. Cleaning grease and oils with a toothbrush and mild detergent will restore brilliance. (Clean in a small washbowl.) Grime on the pavilion is especially hard to clean, and prone to buildup. Simply wiping with a soft dry cloth will usually restore brilliance.
